Covid-19 Measures
We have put in place the following measures to keep our customers and ourselves as safe as possible:

No customers in the shop during the lockdown period.

All customer details to be taken in advance via phone or email.

When possible, we will carry out jobs remotely.

Where remote access cannot fix the issue, the computer or device should be dropped off at the shop.

The shop door is kept locked, so customers are instructed to knock, or call when outside.

The item shall be taken in at the shop door while wearing a mask or visor.

Upon arrival, all items are sanitized with 100% alcohol.

Disposable latex gloves are worn throughout diagnostics and repair.

Upon completion of the repair Items are sanitized again, with 100% alcohol, ready for collection.

Collection of your repaired and sanitized product, is made at the shop door.

Preferable payment is online methods or bank transfer.

Collection and delivery available for those unable to come to the shop
