Is my computer worth repairing?

Good question! And we are here to help you decide.

We will always give you honest advice on whether an item is, in our opinion, worth repairing. Clearly, this needs to be a discussion based on your personal needs. Sometimes this advice can be given based on the model number and thus done without seeing the unit. However, most of the time, this will be done after our free diagnostic.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer. Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You can read more on our HOW IT WORKS page.

Do you do on-site visits/call-out?

We offer on-site options. These can vary from a simple pick-up and drop-off to a full on-site service or repair.

Sometimes a repair will need to be taken away to utilise the more advanced tools we have in our workshop.

Do you offer remote support?

We offer ad-hoc remote support or the more advanced unattended access to manage things on an on-going basis.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Croxley Green, a village in Rickmansworth.

Our remote services can be carried out on a national basis at £30 per half hour.

For on-site services, we cover a 5-mile radius. This may, however, be extended on a case-by-case basis.
