How It Works

Our pricing​: No hidden charges, No surprise bills

  • We charge £50 per hour labour on all our services (including on-site visits & remote access).

  • We do not currently charge VAT.

  • For our remote access service we charge a minimum £25 fee for jobs of 30 minutes or less.

  • All other jobs, completed within an hour, are subject to a £50 minimum charge.

  • We work on a No-Fix, No-Fee basis.

  • If the job is going to take more than an hour, we will contact you to let you know the price. At this point you may either accept or decline the cost of the repair. If you decline there will be no charge.

  • For custom builds, a minimum 50% deposit is required upon your build's final confirmation and agreement.

  • For any outsourced work (such as data lab services) additional terms and fees may apply. Again, no work will commence without your prior approval.

Invoices come with 7-day payment terms.

Timeframes

  • We realise that most customers would like their devices repaired ASAP. The earlier you contact us, the better we can accommodate your individual needs.

  • We diagnose and repair most faults within 48 hours, and often on the same day.

  • If we need to order parts, and your device is still working, you can have your device back whilst we wait for the parts to arrive.

  • Some parts can be difficult to obtain and will often need to be sourced directly from China. In this case you may choose to pay a higher delivery fee to get faster delivery.
