ABOUT TECHNICAL MERRITT
Hi, I'm John "Technical" Merritt
Chances are we may have already met. I was a manager and troubleshooter for Sony Centres in Watford, Ruislip, Milton Keynes, Harrow, High Wycombe and Newcastle. During that time I was the go-to guy for any technical issues (hence the nickname)
Based in Croxley Green, I now serve the local area, dealing with peoples computer woes. I tend to work on-site in peoples homes but can do off-site repairs when required. I pride myself on my customer service skills and have extensive knowledge of computers and all things tech. As techie as I am, I can explain technical matters in plain English.
I have over 20 years of experience and continuously keep my knowledge topped up with the latest technology.
